Law Graduate by the Monterrey Techonological and Higher Education Institute, campus Chihuahua, in 1999; he holds a Master Degree in Fiscal Law by said institute, and a diploma of Advanced Studies in the PhD program of the Constitutional Law of the Complutense University of Madrid (Program developed in association with the Monterrey Technological Institute), Teacher of the Law courses of Obligations I and II and Procedural Commercial Law in the Monterrey Technological Institute, Campus Chihuahua, since August 2004, he has more than 15 years of experience regarding all kind of Litigations, such as Civil, Commercial, Family, Bankruptcy, as well as Administrative and Amparo, whether Civil or Administrative, also Mining Company's Litigation.
