Licensed to practice of Law in Mexico graduated by the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez (Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez), in 1997, he holds American Law legal assistant studies (Paralegal) by the University of Texas at El Paso (2001); he worked as Public Officer in the National Institute of Immigration in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico; before joining LEXCORP as a Partner, he developed broad legal experience in nationwide and well recognized law firms for more than 10 years; he has contributed and participated in several seminars regarding various topics of law, both within the country and internationally; he is currently a member of the National Association of Company Lawyers (ANADE).
