Licensed to practice Law by the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez. She is currently studying Accountancy and a LLM in Tax Law. Ms. Martinez has a lot of experience in the representation of foreign companies within their businesses in Mexico, with emphasis in foreign investment, maquiladoras, foreign trade operations and contracts. She is an active member of the Asociacion Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, A.C. (ANADE). Prior to joining Lexcorp Abogados, she provided her professional services for over 4 years to a prestigious Mexican law firm. Additionally, she has worked as Legal Counsel for an important maquiladora with representation in many States of the Mexican Republic.
