Attorney admitted in Mexico, holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez and a Master’s Degree in Business and Corporate Law, has over 30 years of professional practice, where he has negotiated and resolved individual and collective labor disputes for both national and international companies, whereat he has obtained favorable and profitable resolutions; he specializes in labor defense, appearing before Local and Federal Labor Boards, he has also ample experience in Civil and Commercial Law and Amparo, including all appeals and connected procedures thereof.
Has also served as a Public Servant in the Legal Department for the Chihuahua State Government as well as for the City Government of Juarez, Chihuahua; and is an active member of the several Associations, Bar and Collegiate of Attorneys.
