Law graduate by the Autonomus University of Chihuahua, in 2003; Master's Degree in Politic-Criminal tendencies of the New Mexican Criminal System, by the Universitat of Girona, Girona, Cataluña, Spain, in association with the Criminal and Forensic Studies Center of the former Attorney's General Office of Chihuahua (2008), as well as diverse studies of Amparo and the Course of formation and preparation of the Federal Clerks of the Judiciary Office with the corresponding certificate (2008), as well as studies by conducted by the former Attorney's General Office of Chihuahua in association with the United States Agency for the International Development USAID and the Rule of Law Support Program in Mexico PRODERECHO and the Office of the Public Prosecutor of Chile (2007-2008). Member of the H. Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board, he has also been Partner, Advisor, and Attorney in other Law firms, in the city of Chihuahua, Chih., Mexico. Jorge specializes in Labor Law and Employer legal assistance, as well as Business audits; Handling and monitoring of labor relations (individual and collective); Experience in the handling and collective relations with the Unions, Employer focused Labor Litigation, and several studies in Amparo affairs; experience in the human resources department and HSE advise (Health, Security and Environment) regarding Security and Environmental procedures before the corresponding authorities.
