Law graduate by the Monterrey Technological Institute, in 2004; currently studying his Master's in Corporate Law in the Anahuac University (2015), he holds the position of candidate to be a Federal Notary Public, as well as the certification of professional notary practices, and certification in Foreign Trade by the Maquiladora and Exporters Association, A.C. (INDEX), he has professional experience in Commercial Litigation, as associate in a notary public and currently in Corporate Law; Jorge Almanza specializes in Corporate Law, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, contracts, Real State operations, foreign investment, energy law and renewable energy, due diligence, joint ventures, intellectual property and investment projects in general; he has been a speaker in several seminars related to corporate law in the Maquiladora and Exporters Association, A.C. (INDEX), as well as in the Mexican Republic Employers Confederation (COPARMEX); he is also a member of the Attorneys Association of Chihuahua.
