Law graduate by the Autonomus University of Chihuahua, in 1994; she has a Master's degree in Financial Law by said university, (1997); Exchange student in the Complutense University Madrid (1997); she holds a specialization course in Fiscal Procedural Law by the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice (2003-2015); likewise, Ivonne has an academic update in Tax and Social Provisions (2003-2015). She has been Fiscal Controller of the Mexican Social Security Institute (1995-1997); Planner Law Clerk in the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice, North Center I regional court (1999 – 2003); Ivonne has worked in important law firms in Hermosillo, Sonora (2008 – 2009) and Guadalajara, Jalisco (2011–2014); she has participated as speaker of several courses, certifications and seminars in diverse institutions and universities in Mexico, also, is an instructor of several Business Chambers in her areas of practice. She specializes in Administrative Law, Fiscal Law, Social provisions Law and foreign trade; she has a broad experience in determining each client needs, auditing, application and execution of preventive measures and diagnosing critical situations which could become critical for her Clients.
