Licensed to practice Law by Tecnologico de Monterrey, Chihuahua Campus; graduated in 1999; she holds an L.L.M in U.S. and Global Business Law by Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts (2012), as well as studies in Intellectual Property and Entertainment from New York University (2002), and as a Legal Assistant of American Law by New York Paralegal School (2000); Priscilla Aguilar specializes in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, International Commerce, Foreign Investment, Banking, Intellectual Property, amongst other branches of the Law, she has represented national and international clients in the crafting of Societies, Buying and Selling, Leasing, and construction of Real Estate for Commercial and Industrial purposes; she holds vast experience in the acquisition of real estate assets, crafting of trusteeships or trusts, leasing, financial projects, has contributed in seminars regarding various branches of the law, at a national and international level.
