Law graduate by the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, in 2007; practicing Law through labor law litigation in individual, collective and union labor law in a local, federal and amparo instances; he specializes in Labor Law Litigation and preventive measures, Labor Corrective audits and Corporate Labor law in general; he has been speaker for several courses and seminars related to Labor Law in the Maquiladora and Exportation Industry Association (INDEX) of Chihuahua and Queretaro before the Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic (COPARMEX), as well as in the National Chamber of Industry and Transformation (CANACINTRA); Member of the Lawyers Association of Chihuahua.
