Founding Partner and Managing Partner of the Firm. Law graduate by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) specialized in bank law and trusts. His professional development has been focused in the main areas of Corporate and Labor Law, representing the business sector in every Law branch, including national companies, as well as foreign companies conducting business in Mexico. In charge of Lexcorp Abogados he has developed a group of lawyers with diverse areas of practice which are necessary for a company to operate in the distinct practices such as: Corporate Law, Fiscal Law, Mining Law, Administrative Law, Energy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Law, as well as the coordination of experts in labor law, whether individual, collective or union affairs.

Currently, he serves as National Counselor for the Minimum Salary National Commission, representing Index Nacional since 2015 until 2019. He is a member of the Coparmex Labor National Comission, former Vicepresident of Coparmex Chihuahua, former President and Secretary of the Council for Economic Development of Chihuahua State, A.C.
