General Profile

Law graduate by the University of Guadalajara, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, in 2003; with a Master degree in Constitutional Law and Amparo by the University of Guadalajara, in Guadalajara, Jalisco (2008); she specializes in Labor Law, Corporate Law, Amparo, Immigration and Constitutional Law among other areas of practice; Consuelo has broad experience in consulting, processing and monitoring of Labor Trails, labor audits, employee termination, voluntary termination conveys and resignations and modification of the labor conditions, Interior workshop regulation as well as the handling of collective labor conflicts, among others; she has experience as Chief of the Amparo division in National Railroads of Mexico, Pacific-North region; Labor Litigation in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Chihuahua, Consuelo has been a speaker in several courses and seminars nationwide regarding labor relations, employee termination, labor contract drafting, work risks and about Federal Labor Law amendments, as well as experience in the labor implications of the sale, merge or acquisition of companies. She has published diverse articles in Law magazines (ISSN 2007-0888), likewise, she has been co-author of two books in labor and amparo affairs which are guidelines in the University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
